AICAPD Donation Cancellation and Refund:At AICAPD, accepts only voluntary donations. Therefore, refunds are not offered. We take the
utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline.
However, in case of any error while processing donation transaction the amount is deducted
twice and the donar wish to take refund and cancel the transaction, AICAPD will respond to the
donor within 5 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The donation
amount will be refunded only to account/card/UPI from where the transaction was processed.
The donor will have to send AICAPD a written request for a refund within 3 days of making the
donation. The request can be emailed to: info@aicapd.org along with the following documents:
1. Proof of the deduction of the amount with transaction ID and date.
2. In case the donation receipt has already been issued, the donor will return the original receipt
to us at our offices.
3. After submission of above details, the refund shall be made within 7-8 working days as per
banking norms.
