Health - Medical Care to the Families of Migrant Children and Hunger Feed...
Health of people living in unhygienic localities remains an area of concern. It is noted that the children and women in particular, do not maintain good health. It leads to different hand, mound, food diseases alongwith malnutrition among children. Child bearing mothers invariably remain weak and unstable. With health related difficulties, children cannot be expected to study. To address these issues, AICAPD with the health of health professionals is organising regular health checkup and health awareness camps at various locations to support the families of migrant and daily wager children. These camps provide an opportunity to the family members to meet top doctors viz; Physicians, Dentists, Gynaecologists, ENT and Ayurveda Experts. Consultations and medicines are provided FREE of cost to all.
The results have been very encouraging and children started joining schools in large numbers.
