Social Security & Employability - Connecting Families of Migrant Children to Govt schemes through PDS...
During surveys, it was learnt that most of the families do not have any proof of residence. Hence, they were not included in the local Govt. schemes. Therefore, special UID camps were organised and all were enrolled. It helped them connecting to Govt. PDS and they started getting food supplies as per Govt. schemes. It helped them in a big way as not only they saved money on dry food grains but also received free supplies from Govt. since Covid- 19 outbreak.
All the passouts of Innovation Mobile Schools, Innovation Model Schools and Innovation Night Schools get certification from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. It helps them in enrolling for further studies and employability.
The AICAPD Skill Development Centre is providing free skill based education and it helps passouts in getting jobs at various companies in the vicinity. The employability factor has motivated many families enrol their children at AICAPD Schools and Centres.
